On the Go

In my line of work, Mondays are supposed to be fairly relaxing, with most of my customers closed. It’s a chance to catch up on email and paperwork. This Monday was, instead, packed full of events that took me all over the greater Sacramento area and through some really terrible traffic. Thank goodness for audiobooks and comfy dresses to ease me into the week.

Ramblin'

It was a fine morning for a river ramble with Jasper. We were both glad of a puppy break! (So I guess we would have been happy with gray drizzle, instead of crisp sunshine, as long as we were out of the house and moving. But the fair weather makes for better pictures.)

Catty

I figured that a leopard blouse could be paired with a leopard skirt as long as the rest of the outfit was neutral. What do you think?

Unquirk

Don’t laugh. This was an attempt at a less quirky outfit. I maybe just got a little carried away with the bright accessories.

Big Blazer

I go back and forth on blazers. Sometimes I love them for the formal vibe they bring to an outfit. Other times, they seem terribly stodgy. I may be starting a pro-blazer streak now.

Flower Power

I love that “dark florals” (flowers on a dark background) are trending this fall. Of course, I’m not satisfied with one floral and added a “light floral” on top. (And dark floral sunglasses!) Fall flower power!
